D2 Project Management oversaw the planning procurement and development of nine high-specification apartments with lift and associated car parking. Situated in a conservation area within central Leamington the development consisted of: three, one bedroom; two, two bedroom duplexes; two, two bedroomed penthouses; and two, three bedroom apartments. The apartments have a traditional frontage and a contemporary wow factor to the rear.
