D2 Project Management were instrumental in gaining planning permission for this residential development of 9 townhouses in Lower Cape, Warwick. From the initial concept D2PM helped guide the Client, Kigass Ltd. through the planning process, co-ordinated the tenders, and appointed the design and building contractor. High Bank consists of two 2-bedroomed and seven 3-bedroomed townhouses with parking and gardens - all were sold off plan. Completed March 2016.
